Shipping and Delivery

HoorPari ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

ORDER DISPATCH

HoorPari orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

For India:

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 3-4 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur additional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.

International orders (Outside of India):

Currently we are not shipping outside india.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping within India:

HoorPari offers free shipping for all prepaid order value of ₹1000 and more within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable for all COD orders within India. There will be a standard shipping charge of ₹100 across the country. However, we have offers and promotional from time to time when shipping would be absolutely free(except COD orders).
